Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces Gin (80 proof)
- 1.5 ounces Rhubarb Syrup (prepared)
- 3 ounces Dry Prosecco or Sparkling Wine
- 1 ounce Soda Water (club soda)
- 1 slice Lemon or Rhubarb ribbon, for garnish
Instructions:
- Combine the gin and rhubarb syrup in a large wine glass or highball glass filled completely with ice.
- Top with Prosecco/sparkling wine and soda water.
- Stir gently once or twice to combine the ingredients without losing the carbonation.
- Garnish with a lemon slice or a ribbon of fresh rhubarb.
