Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons (approx. 10g) Dried Ashwagandha Root, cut and sifted
  • 2 tablespoons (approx. 10g) Dried Holy Basil (Tulsi) Leaf
  • 2 tablespoons (approx. 10g) Dried Licorice Root, cut and sifted (Caution: Avoid if you have high blood pressure)
  • 2 tablespoons (approx. 10g) Dried Rhodiola Rosea Root, cut and sifted
  • 1.5 tablespoons (approx. 7.5g) Dried Eleuthero Root, cut and sifted
  • 1.5 tablespoons (approx. 7.5g) Dried Schisandra Berries, whole or slightly crushed
  • 1 tablespoon (approx. 5g) Dried Chamomile Flowers
  • 1 tablespoon (approx. 5g) Dried Lemon Balm Leaf
  • 1/2 tablespoon (approx. 2.5g) Dried Astragalus Root, cut and sifted
  • 1/2 tablespoon (approx. 2.5g) Dried Ginger Root, ground

Instructions:

  1. In the mixing bowl, thoroughly combine all the dried herbs. Ensure they are evenly distributed.
  2. Transfer the herbal tea blend to an airtight jar or container. Store in a cool, dark place.
  3. For one cup of tea, use 1-2 teaspoons of the tea blend.
  4. Place the tea blend in a tea infuser or tea bag.
  5. Pour 8 ounces (240ml) of boiling water over the tea infuser/bag.
  6. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Remove the infuser/bag. Sip slowly and enjoy the calming aroma and flavour.
