Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

Instructions:

  1. Pat the pork tenderloin completely dry with paper towels to ensure a proper crust.
  2. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
  3. Rub olive oil over the entire surface of the meat, then firmly press the spice blend into the pork until evenly coated.
  4. Place the seasoned pork in the center of the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Cook for 18–22 minutes, flipping the tenderloin halfway through. Remove the meat when the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).
  6. Transfer the pork to a cutting board, tent loosely with foil, and let the meat rest for 5–10 minutes until the internal temperature rises to 145°F (63°C).
