Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Instructions:
- Pat the pork tenderloin completely dry with paper towels to ensure a proper crust.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
- Rub olive oil over the entire surface of the meat, then firmly press the spice blend into the pork until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned pork in the center of the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook for 18–22 minutes, flipping the tenderloin halfway through. Remove the meat when the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).
- Transfer the pork to a cutting board, tent loosely with foil, and let the meat rest for 5–10 minutes until the internal temperature rises to 145°F (63°C).
