Ingredients:
- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp coarse black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Pat the steaks completely dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil over all sides of the meat.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a small bowl. Coat the steaks evenly, pressing the spices into the meat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place steaks in the basket without overlapping.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes, flip with tongs, and cook for another 5-6 minutes or until the desired internal temperature is reached.
- Remove steaks to a plate and top each with a portion of the garlic butter mixture.
- Tent loosely with aluminum foil and let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
