Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) Raw Honey
- 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh Ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground Ginseng root
- ½ teaspoon Maca powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground Fenugreek seeds
- 1 cup (100g) Mixed Berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- ½ cup (50g) Pomegranate Seeds
- ½ cup (70g) Chopped Mango
- ½ cup (50g) Toasted Almond Slivers
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh Mint
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh Damiana leaf
- Optional: A pinch of Ashwagandha powder
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, ginger, cinnamon, ginseng and fenugreek. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until just warmed and fragrant (do not boil!). Remove from heat and set aside to infuse while you prepare the other ingredients.
- Wash and chop all fruit. Make sure you remove any stems!
- Divide the mixed berries, pomegranate seeds, and mango between two serving bowls.
- Sprinkle the chopped mint, Damiana, and toasted almond slivers over the fruit.
- Strain the honey infusion to remove any ginger bits. Drizzle evenly over both bowls. If using, lightly sprinkle with ashwagandha powder just before serving.
- Serve immediately.
