- 1 (750 ml) bottle dry white wine (e.g., Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc)
- 1 cup apple cider
- ½ cup pear brandy or apple brandy (optional)
- ¼ cup orange liqueur (e.g., Cointreau, Triple Sec)
- 1 medium apple, thinly sliced
- 1 medium pear, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- ½ cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 whole cloves
- Fresh ginger, thinly sliced (about 1-inch piece)
- Sparkling water or Prosecco (for topping, optional)
- Rosemary sprigs (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine white wine, apple cider, pear brandy (if using), and orange liqueur.
- Add sliced apple, pear, orange, cranberries, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and ginger to the pitcher.
- Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, add sparkling water or Prosecco (if using) for a fizzy touch. Serve chilled, garnished with rosemary sprigs, if desired.
