Ingredients:

  • 1 (750 ml) bottle dry white wine (e.g., Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • ½ cup pear brandy or apple brandy (optional)
  • ¼ cup orange liqueur (e.g., Cointreau, Triple Sec)
  • 1 medium apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 whole cloves
  • Fresh ginger, thinly sliced (about 1-inch piece)
  • Sparkling water or Prosecco (for topping, optional)
  • Rosemary sprigs (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine white wine, apple cider, pear brandy (if using), and orange liqueur.
  2. Add sliced apple, pear, orange, cranberries, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and ginger to the pitcher.
  3. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, add sparkling water or Prosecco (if using) for a fizzy touch. Serve chilled, garnished with rosemary sprigs, if desired.
