Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) vodka
- ½ cup (120 ml) blue curaçao
- ½ cup (120 ml) lemonade
- 1 cup (240 ml) soda water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- 1 cup (240 ml) light rum
- ½ cup (120 ml) coconut cream
- 1 cup (240 ml) pineapple juice
- Pineapple wedge for garnish
- Cherry for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare highball glasses by filling them with ice cubes.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, blue curaçao, and lemonade.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into prepared glasses over ice.
- Top each glass with soda water.
- Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
- Fill a blender with ice cubes.
- Add light rum, blue curaçao, coconut cream, and pineapple juice.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Pour the cocktail into chilled glasses.
- Top with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
