Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) vodka
  • ½ cup (120 ml) blue curaçao
  • ½ cup (120 ml) lemonade
  • 1 cup (240 ml) soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • 1 cup (240 ml) light rum
  • ½ cup (120 ml) coconut cream
  • 1 cup (240 ml) pineapple juice
  • Pineapple wedge for garnish
  • Cherry for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare highball glasses by filling them with ice cubes.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, blue curaçao, and lemonade.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into prepared glasses over ice.
  5. Top each glass with soda water.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
  7. Fill a blender with ice cubes.
  8. Add light rum, blue curaçao, coconut cream, and pineapple juice.
  9. Blend until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  10. Pour the cocktail into chilled glasses.
  11. Top with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
