  • 2 cups (240 g) powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup (30 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons milk (more if needed)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium bowl.
  3. Whisk in the sugar until combined; then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.

  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed, being careful not to overmix.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Cool the brownies in the pan for about 30 minutes.

  10. Frost the cooled brownies evenly with the chocolate frosting.
  11. Sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top of the frosting.
  12. Cut into squares and serve.
