  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in chocolate chips using a spatula.

  10. Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
