Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Optional Add-ins: - 3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans - 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard loaf pan with a little vegetable oil or line it with parchment paper for easier removal.
- In a large mixing bowl
- Add the vegetable oil, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract into the bowl with mashed bananas. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon (if using).
