Ingredients:

  • 2 large English muffins, split (about 250g total)
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (60ml)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Split the English muffins in half and arrange them cut side up on a baking sheet.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush or spoon the herb-oil mixture generously over each muffin half.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy, rotating the baking sheet halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
  7. Serve warm or store in an airtight container for later use.
