Ingredients:
- 2 large English muffins, split (about 250g total)
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (60ml)
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Split the English muffins in half and arrange them cut side up on a baking sheet.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Brush or spoon the herb-oil mixture generously over each muffin half.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy, rotating the baking sheet halfway through for even cooking.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
- Serve warm or store in an airtight container for later use.
