- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare muffin tin by greasing it with cooking spray or lining it with muffin liners.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
- Fold in chopped spinach, shredded cheese, and any optional add-ins (bacon, onions).
- Season mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until quiches are puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
