Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, finely minced (about 1 teaspoon)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Parchment paper (for lining the baking sheet)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, combine grated Parmesan, minced garlic, oregano, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  4. Using a spoon, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the cheese mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Gently flatten each mound with the back of the spoon to form thin discs.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crisps are golden brown and edges are crisp.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
