Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked turkey, shredded or diced (360g)
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice (400g)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped (150g)
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup (240ml)
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded (120g)
  • 1/2 cup milk (120ml)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5g)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (5g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs (100g)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted (60g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (2g)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked turkey, brown rice, broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, Swiss cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Spread the turkey mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and paprika until combined.
  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the turkey filling.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
