Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked turkey, shredded or diced (360g)
- 2 cups cooked brown rice (400g)
- 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped (150g)
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup (240ml)
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded (120g)
- 1/2 cup milk (120ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5g)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (5g)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs (100g)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted (60g)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (2g)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked turkey, brown rice, broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, Swiss cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Spread the turkey mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and paprika until combined.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the turkey filling.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
