- 4 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper Powder (High Heat)
- 4 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes (Chili flakes)
- 2 Tbsp Dried Oregano
- 2 Tbsp Dried Thyme
- 4 Tbsp Dried Bay Leaves (finely crushed)
- 2 Tbsp Citric Acid Powder (optional, highly recommended)
Instructions:
- Measure and Combine Dry Ingredients: Into the large mixing bowl, add all the bulk ingredients: coarse sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Add the Heat: Incorporate the coarse ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes into the mixture.
- Introduce Herbs and Acid: Add the dried oregano, dried thyme, finely crushed bay leaves, and the citric acid powder (if using).
- Whisk Thoroughly: Using a whisk, stir the ingredients vigorously until the spices and salt are completely and uniformly distributed. Ensure there are no clumps of powder sticking together.
- Store: Transfer the complete seasoning blend into an airtight container. Label clearly with the date and store in a cool, dark place.
