Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) cucumber, finely grated
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) brandy
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish
  • Bread or crackers (your choice)

Instructions:

  1. Grate cucumber and place it in a towel to remove excess moisture. Squeeze gently.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add grated cucumber, Worcestershire sauce, and brandy to the cream cheese mixture. Stir everything together until well-combined.
  4. Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper as needed. Adjust brandy to taste if desired.
  5. Cover the spread and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley before serving on a platter alongside bread or crackers.
