Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (75 g) cucumber, finely grated
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) brandy
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish
- Bread or crackers (your choice)
Instructions:
- Grate cucumber and place it in a towel to remove excess moisture. Squeeze gently.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Add grated cucumber, Worcestershire sauce, and brandy to the cream cheese mixture. Stir everything together until well-combined.
- Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper as needed. Adjust brandy to taste if desired.
- Cover the spread and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
- Garnish with fresh dill or parsley before serving on a platter alongside bread or crackers.
