  • 1/2 cup prepared horseradish, drained well
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely snipped

Instructions:

  1. Place the prepared horseradish in a fine-mesh sieve and press firmly with a spoon until all excess vinegar-water is removed to ensure the sauce remains thick.
  2. In a glass or stainless steel mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Whisk until the mixture is perfectly smooth.
  3. Gradually stream in the heavy whipping cream while whisking continuously to create an aerated, cloud-like texture.
  4. Gently fold in the drained horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and white pepper.
