Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) Vanilla Vodka
- 1 oz (30 ml) Hazelnut Liqueur (e.g., Frangelico)
- 1 oz (30 ml) White Crème de Cacao
- ½ oz (15 ml) Cream (light or heavy, optional)
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Simple Syrup or Corn Syrup
- ¼ cup (approx. 60 ml) Rainbow Sprinkles
Instructions:
- Spread simple syrup or corn syrup evenly onto a small plate. Spread sprinkles onto another small plate. Dip the rim of each shot glass into the syrup, then into the sprinkles, coating well.
- Chill the shot glasses in the freezer to keep them cool while you prepare the mixture (optional).
- In a cocktail shaker (or a glass), combine the vanilla vodka, hazelnut liqueur, crème de cacao, and optional cream.
- If using a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. If stirring, stir with ice until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared shot glasses. Serve immediately.
