Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Hazelnut Liqueur (e.g., Frangelico)
  • 1 oz (30 ml) White Crème de Cacao
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Cream (light or heavy, optional)
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Simple Syrup or Corn Syrup
  • ¼ cup (approx. 60 ml) Rainbow Sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Spread simple syrup or corn syrup evenly onto a small plate. Spread sprinkles onto another small plate. Dip the rim of each shot glass into the syrup, then into the sprinkles, coating well.
  2. Chill the shot glasses in the freezer to keep them cool while you prepare the mixture (optional).
  3. In a cocktail shaker (or a glass), combine the vanilla vodka, hazelnut liqueur, crème de cacao, and optional cream.
  4. If using a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. If stirring, stir with ice until well-chilled.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared shot glasses. Serve immediately.
