Ingredients:

  • 1 (85g) package mixed berry gelatin
  • 1 cup (240ml) boiling water
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) cold water
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) vodka
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Optional: Fresh berries for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, add the gelatin powder.
  2. Pour boiling water over the gelatin. Whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the mixture is clear.
  3. Let the mixture cool for a couple of minutes. This prevents the alcohol from evaporating.
  4. Stir in the cold water, vodka, and lemon juice.
  5. Carefully pour the mixture into shot glasses or your chosen container.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely firm.
  7. Before serving, garnish with fresh berries, if desired.
