Ingredients:
- 1 (85g) package mixed berry gelatin
- 1 cup (240ml) boiling water
- 1/2 cup (120ml) cold water
- 1/2 cup (120ml) vodka
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Optional: Fresh berries for garnish
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, add the gelatin powder.
- Pour boiling water over the gelatin. Whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the mixture is clear.
- Let the mixture cool for a couple of minutes. This prevents the alcohol from evaporating.
- Stir in the cold water, vodka, and lemon juice.
- Carefully pour the mixture into shot glasses or your chosen container.
- Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely firm.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh berries, if desired.
