Ingredients:

  • 2 English muffins (split in half)
  • 4 tablespoons Nutella or chocolate spread (60g)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (about 90g)
  • 4 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs (30g)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons melted buttery spread (28g)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (15g, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your broiler to high.
  2. Split the English muffins in half and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  3. Evenly spread 1 tablespoon of Nutella on each muffin half.
  4. Top each chocolate-covered muffin with about ¼ cup of mini marshmallows, adjusting for preferred gooeyness.
  5. Place the baking sheet under the broiler and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and a pinch of sea salt if using.
  7. Drizzle with melted butter or honey/maple syrup if desired.
  8. Let cool slightly, then serve warm and enjoy!
