Ingredients:

  • 8-12 fl oz (240-355 ml) freshly brewed coffee
  • 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) grass-fed unsalted butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) MCT oil

Instructions:

  1. Brew your coffee using your preferred method.
  2. Add the brewed coffee, butter, and MCT oil to the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed for 20-30 seconds, or until the mixture is frothy and well emulsified.
  4. Pour the coffee into your mug and enjoy immediately.
