Ingredients:
- 8-12 fl oz (240-355 ml) freshly brewed coffee
- 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) grass-fed unsalted butter
- 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) MCT oil
Instructions:
- Brew your coffee using your preferred method.
- Add the brewed coffee, butter, and MCT oil to the blender.
- Blend on high speed for 20-30 seconds, or until the mixture is frothy and well emulsified.
- Pour the coffee into your mug and enjoy immediately.
