Ingredients:
- 46 oz (1.3 L) Pineapple Juice, chilled
- 6 oz (177 ml) Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate, thawed
- 1 liter (33.8 fl oz) Ginger Ale, chilled
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Grenadine Syrup
- Optional: Fresh fruit for garnish (orange slices, pineapple chunks, maraschino cherries)
- Optional: Ice
Instructions:
- In the punch bowl, pour in the chilled pineapple juice and thawed orange juice concentrate.
- Stir in the grenadine syrup until well combined. This gives the punch its lovely pink colour.
- For the best flavour and refreshment, chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled ginger ale.
- Add your desired garnishes, such as orange slices, pineapple chunks, or maraschino cherries. If using, add the ice ring.
- Ladle into glasses and enjoy!
