Ingredients:

  • 46 oz (1.3 L) Pineapple Juice, chilled
  • 6 oz (177 ml) Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate, thawed
  • 1 liter (33.8 fl oz) Ginger Ale, chilled
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Grenadine Syrup
  • Optional: Fresh fruit for garnish (orange slices, pineapple chunks, maraschino cherries)
  • Optional: Ice

Instructions:

  1. In the punch bowl, pour in the chilled pineapple juice and thawed orange juice concentrate.
  2. Stir in the grenadine syrup until well combined. This gives the punch its lovely pink colour.
  3. For the best flavour and refreshment, chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled ginger ale.
  5. Add your desired garnishes, such as orange slices, pineapple chunks, or maraschino cherries. If using, add the ice ring.
  6. Ladle into glasses and enjoy!
