Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Bourbon Whiskey
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Peach Puree
  • 0.25 oz (7.5 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Garnish: Peach slice or twist (optional)
  • 1 medium ripe Peach, pitted and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Simple Syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Peach Puree: Blend or puree chopped peach with simple syrup (if using) until smooth. Strain if desired.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Add bourbon, peach puree, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake Vigorously: Shake well until chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
  4. Strain & Serve: Strain into a chilled shot glass.
  5. Garnish (Optional): Garnish with a fresh peach slice or twist.
