Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) Bourbon Whiskey
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Peach Puree
- 0.25 oz (7.5 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
- Garnish: Peach slice or twist (optional)
- 1 medium ripe Peach, pitted and chopped
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Simple Syrup (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Peach Puree: Blend or puree chopped peach with simple syrup (if using) until smooth. Strain if desired.
- Combine Ingredients: Add bourbon, peach puree, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake Vigorously: Shake well until chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
- Strain & Serve: Strain into a chilled shot glass.
- Garnish (Optional): Garnish with a fresh peach slice or twist.
