Ingredients:
- 1 cup (150g) digestive biscuits, crushed
- 1/2 cup (50g) powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup (60ml) butterscotch schnapps
- 1/4 cup (60g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (125g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup (50g) shredded coconut (optional)
- 1/2 cup (50g) finely chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed digestive biscuits and powdered sugar. Add cocoa powder and stir until combined.
- Pour in softened butter and butterscotch schnapps. Mix until you get a sticky dough-like consistency.
- Using your hands, take small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls (about 1 inch in diameter). Place the formed balls onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Cover the tray with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- If desired, roll the chilled bliss balls in shredded coconut or chopped nuts before serving.
