Ingredients:
- 1 box (15-18.25 oz) cake mix (any flavor)
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, eggs, and cake mix.
- Using an electric mixer, mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. The dough will be thick.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown. The centers will still appear slightly soft. These are cake mix cookies, so dont overbake!
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
