Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (natural, unsweetened preferred)
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or dairy-free chips if preferred)
- ¼ cup mini M&M
- s or colorful candy-coated chocolates (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Use a spatula or wooden spoon to thoroughly mix the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Gradually fold in the rolled oats until evenly combined.
- Gently stir in the chocolate chips and M&Ms until evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to a lined baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop or roll the dough into small balls and enjoy or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
