Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (natural, unsweetened preferred)
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or dairy-free chips if preferred)
  • ¼ cup mini M&M
  • s or colorful candy-coated chocolates (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to thoroughly mix the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually fold in the rolled oats until evenly combined.
  4. Gently stir in the chocolate chips and M&Ms until evenly distributed.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to a lined baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Once chilled, scoop or roll the dough into small balls and enjoy or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
