Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups (360 ml) coconut cream
  • 2 cups (480 ml) pineapple juice
  • 2 cups (300 g) ice
  • 1 ½ cups (350 g) fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups (300 g) fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 ½ cups (360 ml) white rum
  • ½ cup (120 ml) lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups (300 g) ice

Instructions:

  1. Combine coconut cream, pineapple juice, ice, and pineapple chunks in the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  2. In the clean blender, combine strawberries, white rum, lime juice, sugar, and ice. Blend until smooth and well-combined, then set aside.
  3. Pour the Piña Colada mixture into the glasses, filling each glass halfway. Carefully spoon the Strawberry Daiquiri mixture on top to create a layered effect.
  4. Optional: Garnish with fresh strawberries or a slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy your tropical getaway!
