Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups (360 ml) coconut cream
- 2 cups (480 ml) pineapple juice
- 2 cups (300 g) ice
- 1 ½ cups (350 g) fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 cups (300 g) fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 ½ cups (360 ml) white rum
- ½ cup (120 ml) lime juice
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
- 2 cups (300 g) ice
Instructions:
- Combine coconut cream, pineapple juice, ice, and pineapple chunks in the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- In the clean blender, combine strawberries, white rum, lime juice, sugar, and ice. Blend until smooth and well-combined, then set aside.
- Pour the Piña Colada mixture into the glasses, filling each glass halfway. Carefully spoon the Strawberry Daiquiri mixture on top to create a layered effect.
- Optional: Garnish with fresh strawberries or a slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy your tropical getaway!
