Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) lo mein noodles (fresh or dried)
- 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 1 cup (100 g) snow peas, trimmed
- 1 bell pepper, sliced (red or green)
- 2 cups (150 g) broccoli florets
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil (for frying)
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) soy sauce (use low-sodium if preferred)
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) oyster sauce
- 1 tsp (5 ml) sesame oil

- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken strips, cooking until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
