- ½ oz dry vermouth (preferably French or Italian)
- ½ oz olive brine (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes (for shaking)
- Olives (for garnishing)
Instructions:
- Chill the glass: Place your martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill while preparing the cocktail.
- Combine ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes, gin, dry vermouth, and olive brine.
- Shake: Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, until well chilled.
- Strain: Remove the martini glass from the freezer (or empty the ice water) and strain the cocktail into the glass.
- Garnish: Add one or two olives as a garnish on a cocktail pick or directly in the glass.
