Ingredients:

  • ½ oz dry vermouth (preferably French or Italian)
  • ½ oz olive brine (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes (for shaking)
  • Olives (for garnishing)

Instructions:

  1. Chill the glass: Place your martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill while preparing the cocktail.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes, gin, dry vermouth, and olive brine.
  3. Shake: Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, until well chilled.
  4. Strain: Remove the martini glass from the freezer (or empty the ice water) and strain the cocktail into the glass.
