- Lemon twist (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients and equipment; ensure champagne is chilled.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a champagne flute or coupe glass.
- Carefully fill the glass with 3 oz of chilled champagne or sparkling wine.
- Add a twist of lemon on top for garnish and serve immediately.
