Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) gin
  • 4 oz (120 ml) tonic water
  • Ice cubes (about 1 cup)
  • 1 lime wedge (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Fill your highball or Collins glass with ice cubes.
  2. Using a jigger or measuring spoon, pour 2 ounces of gin over the ice.
  3. Gently pour 4 ounces of tonic water into the glass, allowing it to mix with the gin.
  4. Squeeze a lime wedge over the mixture and drop it into the glass.
  5. Stir gently if desired and enjoy your refreshing Gin and Tonic!
