Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces (120 ml) of tonic water (preferably a high-quality brand)
  • Fresh lime wedges (1-2, for garnish)
  • Fresh cucumber slices (optional, for garnish)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes until it’s nearly full.
  2. Measure and pour 2 ounces of gin over the ice.
  3. Slowly add 4 ounces of tonic water to the glass to maintain the carbonation.
  4. Squeeze a wedge of lime over the drink, then drop it in. Add cucumber slices if desired for a refreshing twist.
  5. Gently stir the mixture using a straw or stirring stick to combine.
