Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) dill pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) capers, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) dried dill or 1 tablespoon (15 g) fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and chopped capers in a mixing bowl.
  2. Use a whisk or spatula to thoroughly blend the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Stir in the dill and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Taste the sauce and adjust acidity or seasoning as needed, adding more lemon juice or a pinch of sugar if desired.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld, and serve with fish, seafood, or as desired.
