- 1 teaspoon (5 g) dried dill or 1 tablespoon (15 g) fresh dill, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Combine mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and chopped capers in a mixing bowl.
- Use a whisk or spatula to thoroughly blend the ingredients until smooth.
- Stir in the dill and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Taste the sauce and adjust acidity or seasoning as needed, adding more lemon juice or a pinch of sugar if desired.
