Ingredients:
- 60 ml (2 oz) White Rum
- 120 ml (4 oz) Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 60 ml (2 oz) Cream of Coconut
- 30 ml (1 oz) Fresh Lime Juice
- 4-6 Ice Cubes
- Pineapple wedge (garnish)
- Maraschino Cherry (garnish)
Instructions:
- Add the white rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and lime juice to the blender.
- Throw in the ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 20-30 seconds. Add more ice if you prefer it thicker.
- Have a quick taste and adjust sweetness or tartness to your liking. Add a splash more cream of coconut for sweetness, or a squeeze more lime for tartness.
- Pour the Piña Colada into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry (if using).
- Serve Immediately and enjoy the pina colada with white rum!
