Ingredients:

  • 60 ml (2 oz) White Rum
  • 120 ml (4 oz) Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 60 ml (2 oz) Cream of Coconut
  • 30 ml (1 oz) Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4-6 Ice Cubes
  • Pineapple wedge (garnish)
  • Maraschino Cherry (garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Add the white rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and lime juice to the blender.
  2. Throw in the ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 20-30 seconds. Add more ice if you prefer it thicker.
  4. Have a quick taste and adjust sweetness or tartness to your liking. Add a splash more cream of coconut for sweetness, or a squeeze more lime for tartness.
  5. Pour the Piña Colada into a chilled cocktail glass.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry (if using).
  7. Serve Immediately and enjoy the pina colada with white rum!
