Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- A splash of milk (optional, for richness)
Instructions:
- Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in the butter until crumbly.
- Gradually add ice-cold water until dough comes together.
- Shape into a disc, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out chilled dough on a floured surface and transfer to pie dish.
- Trim and crimp the edges.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk sugar and melted butter until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
- Mix in flour, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar until combined.
- Pour filling into prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the filling is set and edges are golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
