Ingredients:
- 2 cups (475ml) plain yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and finely diced
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- Peel, seed, and dice the cucumber into small, even pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, diced cucumber, chopped mint, chopped cilantro, ground cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Gently stir all ingredients together until well combined.
- For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld (optional).
- Serve chilled as a side dish or condiment.
