Ingredients:
- 1 cup (112g) Almond Flour, blanched
- 4 ounces (113g) Cottage Cheese, full-fat or low-fat
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 Egg, beaten (optional)
- Everything Bagel Seasoning (or sesame seeds, poppy seeds, etc.) (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Add cottage cheese and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a thick dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a log and then connect the ends to form a bagel shape. Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the bagels with the beaten egg (optional). Sprinkle with your chosen toppings (optional).
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the bagels cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
