Ingredients:

  • 1 large frozen banana (approx. 120g), peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup whole milk (240ml)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (60g)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Pour the whole milk and Greek yogurt into the blender canister first to ensure the blades have immediate lubrication.
  2. Add the frozen banana slices, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon into the blender on top of the liquid base.
  3. Start the blender on its lowest setting to break up the frozen chunks, then gradually increase to high speed.
  4. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture achieves a glossy, smooth emulsion with no visible fruit shards.
