Ingredients:
- 1.5 large ripe bananas (approx. 150g), frozen and sliced into coins
- 1 cup (240ml) whole milk
- 0.25 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
- 0.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions:
- Pour the milk and vanilla extract into the blender carafe first to lubricate the blades and ensure a smooth start.
- Add the Greek yogurt followed by the frozen banana coins. Placing the heaviest items on top helps push the mixture into the blades.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting and quickly increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until a deep cloverleaf vortex forms at the surface.
- Stop and check consistency. If too thick, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time; if too thin, add more frozen banana and pulse until desired texture is reached.
