Ingredients:

  • 1.5 large ripe bananas (approx. 150g), frozen and sliced into coins
  • 1 cup (240ml) whole milk
  • 0.25 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Pour the milk and vanilla extract into the blender carafe first to lubricate the blades and ensure a smooth start.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt followed by the frozen banana coins. Placing the heaviest items on top helps push the mixture into the blades.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest setting and quickly increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until a deep cloverleaf vortex forms at the surface.
  4. Stop and check consistency. If too thick, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time; if too thin, add more frozen banana and pulse until desired texture is reached.
