Ingredients:
- 12 count Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 3 cups shredded chicken breast
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Use a serrated knife to slice the entire block of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in a 9x13 baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, fold together the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Lay 3 slices of provolone across the bread, then spread the chicken mixture evenly over the cheese and layer the sliced red onions on top.
- Place the provolone cheese slices over the onions and cover with the top half of the rolls.
- Whisk together melted butter, honey, parsley, and everything bagel seasoning. Brush the glaze over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the tops are mahogany-colored and cheese is melted.
