Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
Instructions:
- Wash and dry the broccoli thoroughly to prevent steaming. In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer with space between florets. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 7–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until tips are mahogany-colored.
- Immediately upon removing from the air fryer, toss the florets with garlic powder and lemon zest while the residual heat blooms the flavors.
