Ingredients:
- 4 cups (100 g) rice crispy cereal
- ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter
- 10 oz (280 g) mini marshmallows
- 3 Mars Bars (each about 2.2 oz or 62 g)
- ½ cup (60 g) milk or dark chocolate chips
- 2 tsp (10 mL) vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Spray the baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows to the melted butter, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and fold in the rice crispy cereal until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Chop Mars Bars into small pieces.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine Mars Bar pieces and chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted.
- Add vegetable oil and stir until smooth.
- Pour the melted Mars Bar and chocolate mixture over the rice crispy base, spreading evenly.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
