- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a large mixing bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil; mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rest for 30 minutes in a warm place.
- While the dough rises, shred the cooked chicken and mix it with BBQ sauce in a bowl.
- Prepare the remaining toppings: slice onions and chop cilantro.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the rested dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and red onion slices on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, top with fresh cilantro, drizzle with ranch dressing if desired, and cut into slices.
