Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine whole milk and heavy cream.
  2. Heat over medium heat until steaming, but do not boil.
  3. Remove from heat and add chopped semi-sweet chocolate and sugar.
  4. Whisk until smooth and fully melted.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  6. Pour hot chocolate into heatproof mugs.
  7. Top generously with mini marshmallows.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
