Ingredients:
- 36 Oreo cookies (about 1 package), finely crushed (400g)
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (25g)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix (110g)
- 3 cups cold milk (whole or 2% recommended) (720ml)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5ml)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (225g)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (100g)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5ml)
- 2 cups heavy cream (480ml)
- Gummy worms
- Edible flowers (optional)
- Mint sprigs (optional)
Instructions:
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or zip-top bag and rolling pin. Add the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon, stir to combine.
- Whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk in a mixing bowl. Stir in vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and thick. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
- Layer ingredients in a large bowl or individual serving cups in the following order: Oreo crumbs, pudding, whipped topping. Repeat layers.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, decorate with gummy worms, edible flowers, and mint sprigs (if desired).
