Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon (2g) dried Valerian Root
  • 1 teaspoon (2g) dried Chamomile Flowers
  • ½ teaspoon (1g) dried Lavender Flowers
  • ½ teaspoon (1g) dried Rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon (1g) dried Lemon Balm
  • ¼ teaspoon (0.5g) dried Hops Flowers
  • ¼ teaspoon (0.5g) dried Passionflower
  • 12 fl oz (350 ml) Boiling Water
  • Optional: Honey or Maple Syrup, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine all dried herbs in a tea infuser or directly into your mug/teapot.
  2. Bring fresh water to a rolling boil.
  3. Pour the boiling water over the herbs.
  4. Cover the mug or teapot to prevent essential oils from escaping. Steep for 10 minutes.
  5. If you didn't use an infuser, strain the tea into a mug.
  6. Add honey or maple syrup to taste, if desired.
  7. Sip slowly and relax!
