Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon (2g) dried Valerian Root
- 1 teaspoon (2g) dried Chamomile Flowers
- ½ teaspoon (1g) dried Lavender Flowers
- ½ teaspoon (1g) dried Rosemary
- ½ teaspoon (1g) dried Lemon Balm
- ¼ teaspoon (0.5g) dried Hops Flowers
- ¼ teaspoon (0.5g) dried Passionflower
- 12 fl oz (350 ml) Boiling Water
- Optional: Honey or Maple Syrup, to taste
Instructions:
- Combine all dried herbs in a tea infuser or directly into your mug/teapot.
- Bring fresh water to a rolling boil.
- Pour the boiling water over the herbs.
- Cover the mug or teapot to prevent essential oils from escaping. Steep for 10 minutes.
- If you didn't use an infuser, strain the tea into a mug.
- Add honey or maple syrup to taste, if desired.
- Sip slowly and relax!
