Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz strawberry liqueur
  • 1.5 oz heavy cream
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 3 large fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 large hollow milk chocolate Easter bunny (approx. 6-7 oz)
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream
  • 1 tsp festive spring sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Dip a serrated knife in hot water and carefully saw off the ears of the chocolate bunny to create a 1-inch opening. Place the bunny in the freezer for 10 minutes to stabilize.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh strawberries with the simple syrup until fully pulverized.
  3. Add the vodka, strawberry liqueur, lime juice, and heavy cream to the shaker. Fill with ice.
  4. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the shaker is frosted. Double-strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into the chilled chocolate bunny using a small funnel.
  5. Top the opening with whipped cream and sprinkles. Serve immediately with a straw.
