Ingredients:
- 1 cup (225g) full-fat cottage cheese
- 1 large egg
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C/Gas Mark 5). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and egg. Mix well until thoroughly blended.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cottage cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, creating small mounds (about 1-2 tablespoons each). Space them evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the tots are golden brown and slightly puffed up.
- Let the tots cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving.
