Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (225g) full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 large egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C/Gas Mark 5). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and egg. Mix well until thoroughly blended.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the cottage cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, creating small mounds (about 1-2 tablespoons each). Space them evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the tots are golden brown and slightly puffed up.
  5. Let the tots cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving.
