Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana (120g), preferably frozen
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (32g), smooth or crunchy
  • 1/2 cup milk (120ml), dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (56g), plain, optional
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (21g), optional, to taste
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes (about 4)

Instructions:

  1. Peel the banana (if not frozen, consider freezing for 30 mins prior), measure out the peanut butter, milk, yogurt (if using), and honey or maple syrup (if using).
  2. Add the banana, peanut butter, milk, yogurt (if using), honey/maple syrup (if using), and ice to the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. Add more milk if the smoothie is too thick, and more ice if it's too thin.
  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness (with more honey/maple syrup) or peanut butter to your liking.
