Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana (120g), preferably frozen
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (32g), smooth or crunchy
- 1/2 cup milk (120ml), dairy or non-dairy
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (56g), plain, optional
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (21g), optional, to taste
- 1/4 cup ice cubes (about 4)
Instructions:
- Peel the banana (if not frozen, consider freezing for 30 mins prior), measure out the peanut butter, milk, yogurt (if using), and honey or maple syrup (if using).
- Add the banana, peanut butter, milk, yogurt (if using), honey/maple syrup (if using), and ice to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. Add more milk if the smoothie is too thick, and more ice if it's too thin.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness (with more honey/maple syrup) or peanut butter to your liking.
