- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Irish whiskey (such as Jameson)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) peach schnapps
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
- Ice cubes (for chilling)
- Optional: Green tea leaves or a lemon wedge for garnish
Instructions:
- Brew green tea by steeping it in hot water for 3 minutes; let it cool completely.
- In a shaker, measure out the cooled green tea, Irish whiskey, peach schnapps, and lemon juice.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes, covering the liquid.
- Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- If desired, strain the mixture into shot glasses for a smoother texture.
- Garnish with green tea leaves or a lemon wedge if desired. Enjoy immediately!
