Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) freshly brewed green tea, cooled
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Irish whiskey (such as Jameson)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) peach schnapps
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • Ice cubes (for chilling)
  • Optional: Green tea leaves or a lemon wedge for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Brew green tea by steeping it in hot water for 3 minutes; let it cool completely.
  2. In a shaker, measure out the cooled green tea, Irish whiskey, peach schnapps, and lemon juice.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes, covering the liquid.
  4. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  5. If desired, strain the mixture into shot glasses for a smoother texture.
  6. Garnish with green tea leaves or a lemon wedge if desired. Enjoy immediately!
